Socrates (Soc-rah-teez), was an Athenian Philosopher who lived circa 468-399 BC. He is one of the worlds greatest thinkers and philosophers and engaged in dialogue with both students and countryman in an attempt to reach greater understanding. His lectures, dialogues, and conversations consisted of long walks with students and thinkers in tow, rather than a seated teaching format.
Come walk with Socrates. A long walk, at exercise speed. Burn fat, tone up and build that grey matter. Make no mistake, this is no sunday stroll with idol provincial banter... "This Is Sparta"! ... "Athens"...
