Yoga - Phrog Meditate

Seven Zone Hatha Yoga is a method for accessing the deepest levels of prana (vital energy, or Qi). These zones are considered the subtlest and most powerful levels of energetic functioning in Japanese Meridian Acupuncture. They are also areas where the flow of prana can easily become blocked or restricted. 

In our classes you will learn how to easily locate these zones and tap into their potential for enhancing health and well-being using traditional Hatha Yoga postures and breathing practices. Freeing blocked energy in any of these areas can have profound effects on our physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. 

Vinyasa Yoga - Phrog Sport

Vinyasa Yoga is a derivative form of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga that employs the vinyasa technique of "connecting postures," but does not use the six series of postures specific to the Mysore Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga system, as outlined by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. "Vinyasa Yoga" connects movement and breath. A difference to Ashtanga Yoga is, that the "asanas" (yoga postures) can be arranged into different sequences that can meet the practitioner's need or mood. In Ashtanga Yoga, the sequences are called series and are not changed.
