Phrog Fitness Studio - Pi Tai
PiTaii is a combination of Pilate’s mat work ,and Tai Chi Chaun organized into a workout which not only stretches, and strengthens the body, and providing a sense of calm. Pilate’s mat work is the core stabilizer which makes the other aspects of the class manageable.
Tai chi chuan is an internal martial art practiced for health reasons focusing on breath and movement. All levels of ability are welcome since the exercises have a beginner, intermediate, and advanced interpretation.
